The Office of Communications is excited to work with SPH Faculty, Staff, Students and Community Partners to share exciting developments and opportunities that our school has to offer!
This set of guidelines is intended to help you navigate collaboration with the Office of Communications, in areas such as flyer and brochure design, poster printing, important announcements, event planning, and more.

announcements, event planning, and more.

All design requests must be submitted at least
two weeks prior to the required date. This is
to ensure that your project meets the standards
of the UofM Marketing department, as well as
the Office of SPH Communications, which
takes marketing & branding direction
from the Marketing department.

To submit a request for assistance from the
Communications team for an upcoming event
fill out our form(s) at least 1 month before your
event.

To submit a photography request for
an event, send photos you took, or share
something on our School of Public Health
social media channels, you must fill out
the correlating forms.
