Academic Services

The SPH Academic Services Office is responsible for recruitment activities, coordinating admissions, and providing enrollment services for all SPH academic programs.

SPH Representation on the University Graduate Council

The Chair of the SPH Graduate Studies Committee serves as the school's representative on the University Graduate Council; currently there are no SPH faculty who serve on the Council.

Course permits

This office grants permits for registration for all PUBH and HADM courses. Priority for enrollment is given to SPH students during the first two weeks of each registration period. After the initial two week period, students of other graduate programs may receive permits as space allows. Permit requests may take up to 72 hours to process. Students requesting permits should provide the following information: course number and title; CRN number; and student UUID. The office is pleased to assist all new and current SPH students and those from other graduate programs in enrolling in public health courses.
