Intent to Submit a Proposal or Contract

Your intent to submit a proposal or contract should be sent to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) by email at osp@memphis.edu along with the following information:

Sponsor,
Solicitation number, link to solicitation, or scope of work,
Your contact information,
Proposal submission deadline,
Draft budget using internal budget template.
