The Division of Research and Innovation is your all-inclusive resource for finding external funding opportunities. The first step in the process is identifying your research interests and how they align with external funding opportunities. If you are new to the process, we encourage you to email researchdev@memphis.edu and set up a one-on-one session to gauge your needs and how our office can help you.

Internal Funding and Limited Submission Opportunities

  • Internal Funding Opportunities - Internal funding opportunities are occasionally provided by the University of Memphis to faculty. 
  • Limited submissions are national calls for proposals that only allow a certain number of applications from the University. To inquire about a limited submission, email researchdev@memphis.edu.

Listserves 

  • One of the best ways to stay informed about funding opportunities is to sign up for Listserves from funding organizations agencies you are considering. Here is a list of some options.
