Borrowing from Local Libraries
UofM students, faculty, and staff may borrow resources from participating local libraries through the Memphis Area Library Council. If you are not a current UofM student or employee, you may be eligible for Community User privileges at UofM's University Libraries; you also have access to the Memphis Public Library services and resources.
How it works:
- Search WorldCat Discovery to find resources in area libraries.
- Call before you visit the library so you understand expectations and rules for borrowing resources from their institution. Note: When borrowing from other libraries, you are subject to their policies.
