Housing

All F-1 international students are strongly recommended to confirm their housing arrangement before arriving in Memphis. The International Student Services office does not help students to arrange housing. For more information about on-campus housing options, click HERE.

If you plan to rent off-campus, you should not pay a deposit or sign a lease until you have seen the apartment and where it is located. 

There is a Holiday Inn on campus, which may serve as a temporary housing option. The Holiday Inn is located on the main campus at 3700 Central Avenue, Memphis, TN 38111. Please call 901.678.8200 for rates and more information.
