Chuck O'Bannon

After nearly three decades as an independent television producer and director, Chuck O'Bannon decided to fulfill his longtime desire to become a radio personality. He joined the WUMR on-air team recently and hosts Chuck's Place - Jazz Club on the Radio every Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.

The show features a mixture of traditional and new release Jazz sounds and adds a set for the Avant Garde Jazz enthusiasts. Chuck's voice resonates on-the-air as he gives a little insight on the featured albums and artists and creates an entertaining atmosphere for Sunday afternoon Jazz Lovers!
