Bachelor of Arts | Culinary Arts Track Admissions Process
We are very excited about the opening of the Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute (KWCI) and we look forward to having you be a part of the inaugural cohort of students seeking a B.A. in Hospitality and Resort Management with a Culinary Arts Track!
Step 1: Apply to the University of Memphis >
- You will need to submit the following:
- An official high school transcript or high school equivalency
- Official transcripts from other colleges you have attended, including those with dual credit courses (*Please see below if you attended L'Ecole Culinaire)
- Placement test scores (ACT, SAT); or complete placement testing
- Be sure to explore financial aid options, including completing the FAFSA. Visit UofM Financial Aid to learn more >
*For prospective students from Le’Cole Culinaire please note: Vatterott Educational Centers has engaged Parchment to be the official record provider for all Vatterott issued credentials, including transcripts, degree verifications and enrollment verifications. This includes student records from Court Reporting Institute, LEcole Culinaire, Vatterott Career College, Vatterott College, Vatterott College extreme Institute and Vatterott Education Center – Dallas. Orders may be placed by students and alumni on Parchments website using www.parchment.com/vatterott.
Step 2: After you're accepted into the program, email kwci@memphis.edu to schedule a meeting with your advisor.
