Organizational Leadership

Organizational Leadership promotes understanding of the nature of bureaucratic organizations and the fundamentals of administrative leadership. Our bachelor’s in organizational leadership degree program allows students to reflect upon national and international organizational context and upon significant social and cultural issues raised in those contexts; and to promote skills in formal and interpersonal communication, including sensitivity to personal problems that have an impact upon the quality of work. The organizational leadership program develops students’ leadership skill within operational areas such as human resources, emphasizing key aspects, including organizational behavior, performance management and more.

Students have the option to customize an organizational leadership degree plan with transfer credits and may also earn credit hours through work experience or professional training. All of our organizational leadership bachelor’s degree courses are offered in formats tailored to fit the busy schedules of adult, non-traditional students.
