Service Description: 

Request an account to use the CMS or changes to user account access.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by full-time faculty, staff, and graduate assistants responsible for the website. 

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

The following information must be provided: UUID(s) to be created, enter any special permissions needed; the name of the website(s) that the account(s) will manage; the name of the person who has authorized you to request this access, and any additional information.
