Service Description:
Users can request a consultation with their local support provider before making new hardware purchases. Your ITS employee works with you to ensure the hardware meets your needs and function within the University's network system.
Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?
Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.
How to Request Service?
To request assistance, please submit an online service request.
What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?
When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Also include a detailed description of the needs of this device. This includes intent of use (daily business needs, research, etc.) and any machine specific needs. Additional questions by your LSP will, in most cases, be required before a recommendation will be made.
