Scheduling a Collaboration Room (UC 265) 

Service Description: 

Located in the University Center Tech Hub - UC 265, are 4 Collaborative spaces that students can reserve to discuss group projects/prepare for presentations.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

To reserve a collaboration room, students must be currently enrolled during the semester they would like to reserve the room.

How to Request Service?

Requests can be made in person, at the UC Technology Hub's rear help desk.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

When requesting and using a collaboration room, students must have, in their possession, a valid University of Memphis student ID. Rooms can be reserved in 2 hour blocks. For more details about occupancy and peak hours, see the "Collaboration Room Regulations" located at the rear help desk.
