iAM (Account Self-Service)

 

Service Description: 

The iAM web service provides users the ability to self-service several account functions. These functions include password change, email routing and preferred email address and display name selection. Note: If you have recently changed your password, forget and re-add all UofM wireless networks on all your devices. For more help connecting to on-campus wireless networks, visit our wireless page.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by University account holders.

How to Request Service?

Please visit the iAM website.
If you are locked out of your account, please call the Service Desk at 901.678.8888 or submit an online service request

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Your UUID and password can be used to access iAM. You will need an Account code if you have not yet established your account.
