2025 Parent & Family Spring Day FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions
When is the 2025 Parent & Family Spring Day?
The 2025 Parent & Family Spring Day is Sunday, February 23, 2025, in conjunction with
the Memphis vs. Florida Atlantic University Men's Basketball game. The Family Mingle
will begin at 11 a.m. and the game tips off at 1 p.m.
How do I register?
The registration deadline is Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 11:59 pm CT. The registration
site allows you to purchase your game tickets and family mingle tickets for yourself
and each person who will attend with you. When you purchase a Spring Day Mingle/Game
Package OR a Family Mingle-Only ticket, your student gets free entrance to the Family
Mingle.
- Click the "Register" link on the Parent and Family Spring Day web page. The FEVO ticketing site will open in a new window.
- On the FEVO ticket site, you will click on the preferred package or ticket option
to add tickets to your cart for each person who will attend. You can select your section
and seat(s) based on availability in our reserved sections during the process.
- Reminder: Your student can attend the Family Mingle free when you purchase a Family Mingle Only or Game/Mingle package. Students get into the game free (with a seat in the student section). Buy them a game-only ticket if you want them to sit with you at the game!
- If you are registering any youth (10 years and younger) for the Family Mingle, you will need to list their name in the section provided. You will need to purchase a game ticket for any youth who will attend the game.
- Check out - Review your cart contents and enter your payment information to finalize the transaction.
As a heads up, the FEVO site typically has a 5-minute checkout timer. Once the timer reaches zero, your cart will be cleared and you will have to start a new cart. You should have the option to reset the timer (prior to it getting to zero) if you need more time to complete your transaction.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my student?
Students can attend the Family Mingle for free with your Spring Day Game/Mingle Package
OR Family Mingle-Only ticket purchase.Students get in the game free (seated in the
Student Zone only). If you would like your student to sit next to you at the game,
you will need to purchase them a game ticket in your same section and level.
Can I bring my younger children/siblings?
Spring Day is for the entire family and not just parents. Many families will bring
siblings of all ages, grandparents, aunts, uncles... everyone! Please keep in mind
that all family members must be registered in order to participate in the scheduled
events. Youth 10 and under can attend the Family Mingle for free with your Family
Mingle ticket purchase (max. 1 youth per adult registrant). Youth must attend with
a parent, family member or guardian. Youth must have a game ticket to attend the basketball
game.
Does my registration come with a free T-shirt?
We do have a limited number of long-sleeve commemorative t-shirts that are available
(while supplies last). Sizes available are for adults only (Adult Small, Medium, Large,
Extra-Large, 2X and 3X. No youth sizes). Shirts will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve
basis at the check-in for the Family Mingle the day of the event, from 10:30 a.m.
- 12:30 p.m. Unfortunately we cannot distribute shirts on the FedEx Forum premises.
What if I can't attend the Family Mingle, can I still attend the game?
Yes, you can purchase game tickets only, although will miss seeing your beautiful
smile at the Mingle.
What if I want to attend the Family Mingle and not the game?
You have the option of registering for the Family Mingle only. Just add the "Family Mingle only" ticket option to your cart for each person you would like to register.
Where do I park?
Parking is available in several lots near the FedexForum and Beale Street. Fees will vary. Locate Parking Options>>
How do I get my basketball tickets for the Parent & Family Spring Day game?
Tickets will be emailed prior to the game to the purchaser's email address, or you
may access them in your Go Tigers Go app, then add them to your mobile phone wallet.

How does my student get a ticket for the basketball game?
Students can use their student ID to claim a free ticket to get into the basketball
game. Students using this option must sit in the student section.
I want my student to sit with me at the basketball game. What do I need to do?
If you would like your student to sit with you instead of the student section, please
purchase a ticket for them at the same time that you purchase your own seats.
What if I can't attend? Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for Parent & Family
Spring Day.
Disability Parking and FedExForum Accessibility
Is accessible parking available at the basketball game?
Parking for guests with disabilities is available in the FedExForum parking garage, and the Linden Avenue marshalling area. All vehicles must have a current state-issued hang tag or license plate. The designated drop-off location for disabled patrons is located on the northside of FedExForum, off the Beale Street alley which can be reached by turning eastbound off Third Street, which runs one-way north.
Vehicles must be attended at all times while in the alley and must display a current state-issued hang tag or license plate.
