Assignments

To use the Turnitin A.I. writing detection tool, first create an assignment in Canvas that uses Turnitin. Once you’ve created an assignment, allow your students to submit to that assignment. When they are done, go to the assignment and select Speedgrader. In Speedgrader find the Turnitin originality score. It will be a percentage number in a colored box right next to the file name that the students submitted. Select the Turnitin originality score and it will take you to the Turnitin Feedback Studio. In the right-side navigation of the Feedback Studio, you’ll see a box that says A.I.  That is the A.I. writing detection score. If you click it, it will give you more information.
