Planning Process
The planning process for the creation of the strategic plan is thorough and incorporates feedback from a wide selection of university stakeholders. As such, input will be gathered from students, faculty, staff, alumni, and key corporate partnerships. It is critically important that input is gathered from all of these populations because it provides rich data needed for the creation of such a plan.
The Strategic Planning Project Charter
To develop a compelling, bold, stakeholder-driven, 5-year strategic plan that builds on our current strengths and focuses on those areas where we are best positioned to advance…resulting in multi-dimensional approaches to achieving transformational goals in areas vital to the institution’s future.
