SRI Implementation Plan - Presented - This document is a detailed plan for developing the necessary infrastructure and processes in order to operate the SRI Model. The plan is designed to engage the various stakeholder groups who are impacted by the transition to the new budget model and provide them with the information and tools needed to fulfill their responsibility.

SRI Model Allocation Dashboard - Presented - This document details the resource allocation decisions that have been agreed upon by the deans for the SRI Model. These decisions have received preliminary approval from the President, but are subject to additional review and potential revision based on additional data.

SRI Steering Committee Meeting - Presented - This document was presented at our 03/10/2015 meeting to provide an initiative update, highlight model changes and preview next steps.
