Presenter Instructions

The 37th Annual Student Research Forum will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 in the University Center Ballroom. 

• • Posters MUST BE set up between 9:00 am and 1:00 am. IT IS UP TO THE STUDENT TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL THE TRI-FOLD POSTER (dimensions, 36 x48 inches flat, 36 x24 inches folded). 
  • When you arrive, register, pick up your name tage and packet. 
  • Look for the you assigned table number and set up your TRIFOLD POSTER.
  • Judging begins at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm (please check the schedule for details). 
  • Please be present for judges to talk with you.
