What we provide

Our Tech Support team provides free computer support for ONLY students living on campus in the University of Memphis residence halls: LLC, Carpenter Complex, Smith, South, Rawls, Graduate and Student Family Housing, Park Ave. Apartments and Shirley C. Raines Centennial Place. 

• Virus Cleaning
• Laptop and Computer Performance Checking and Repair [non invasive]
• Reinstallation of Operating System [Residents must provide software]
• Recommendation of Computer / Laptop purchasing
• Games console assistance for most all game boxes
• Everything we can to keep you safe and secure on our Network.
