Research+Innovation Tactical Plan: Accountability

We pledge integrity, transparency and responsiveness in all our processes and decision-making.

1. Implement transparent and accessible policies/procedures.
2. Obtain feedback on proposal and award data to develop useful reports for each department on campus.
3. Maximize licensing efforts by collaborating with external companies to market and commercialize UofM innovations and  technologies.
4. Expand participation of student and faculty researched in evaluating and guiding our procedures toward greater efficiency.
5. Assist units to develop strategic research plans and measure research progress.
6. Manage institutional strategic research investment funds.
7. Contribute to annual institutional research reporting.
