Community Cluster

The idea is to create a resource for researchers to use their startup and grant funding.  Ideally, we could seed a structure with several types of nodes and researchers could purchase them to be their own computational resource.  When they are not using their nodes, the resources would be pooled together for general use among participants of the community cluster.
