He received his PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Memphis School of Public Health (SPH).
Dr. Ahuja reflects that “studying at the UofM School of Public Health has helped [him] a great deal in applying some of the public health concepts [he learned] to the real world...” He also believes that “the public health field is broad and diverse, bringing together experts with very different backgrounds and perspectives nationally and internationally. If someone is really interested in bringing about a change in the community, then a public health career provides them with that opportunity.”
