About Onoja Matthew Akpa

Dr. O. M. Akpa holds a M.Sc. (2004) and Ph.D. (2009) degrees in Statistics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He started his teaching career in 2002 with the Imo State University, Nigeria and rose to become full Professor and Head, Department of Epidemiology and Medical Statistics, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has over twenty years of teaching/research experience spanning different areas of applied statistics and health outcomes. He is Associate Professor of Biostatistics (Teaching) with the Division of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Environmental Health at the School of Public Health.
