Moving Services Contracts

The University has established moving services contracts for use by departments to enjoy the benefits of lowest price, established quality, compliance with State requirements, best delivery, and ease of ordering.

Regardless of the dollar amount, requests for moving services must be submitted as a bid through Procurement and Contract Services with an online requisition using account number 74986 and attach the Moving Specifications Sheet  (PDF). Go to the Home/Shop page of Tigerbuy and select the "Moving Services/Campus Moves" form to generate your requisition.
