Student Employment Appointments
Project Scope:
Review current policies, administrative processes and practices related to the recruitment
and appointment of student workers and temporary employees. Include detail process
mapping to design and implement an improved process, using the eContract / Banner
EPAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) model. Create reports as needed, to meet the
needs of departmental staff, Human Resources, and Shared Services. Update existing
documentation/training materials and websites.
January 2019 the team decided the two processes will be more efficient by separating Student Appointment and Temporary Appointments. Goal is to have Student eContract production ready for Spring 2020 contracts.
Student eContracts went live for Spring 2020 appointments. For questions and issues please email: Student Employment at stuemp@memphis.edu
