Student Late/Add Registration

Project Scope:
Review and map current processes, review all forms relating  to course late/add registration after the official last day to register.  Streamline process with an online process with electronic routing. Objective is to simplify the process, eliminate student walking paper forms through the process to multiple offices and eliminate centralized data entry.
