Extra Compensation
Project Scope:
Review current policies, administrative processes and practices related to extra compensation
as it relates to employees for non-recurring work outside their normal work schedule
for administrative extra pay, extra compensation and dual services. Include detail
process mapping to design and implement an improved process, using the eContract/EPAF
(Electronic Personnel Action Form) model. Create reports as needed, to meet end users'
needs and update any documentation/training materials and websites.
PROPOSED TIMELINE: Summer 2015, target to use eContract for Spring 2016 appointments
