What is Quality Control & Assurance?

Quality Assurance is the process for checking that the standards and quality of higher education provision meet agreed expectations. This includes national frameworks for higher education, Professional, Statutory and Regulatory bodies, and Apprenticeship Standards, and Customer Support.

The Quality Control and Assurance position here at the UOM is responsible for developing and communicating the standards for cleanliness, appearance and the working environment of the University’s buildings and facilities, as well as conducting building inspections to ensure standards are being achieved.
