Hub City Healthcare Alliance
The Hub City Healthcare Alliance (HCHA) is a collaborative partnership between the
University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing (LCON), leading community healthcare
organizations, higher education institutions, and secondary school districts. Together,
we work to address healthcare challenges, promote nursing education, and improve access
to quality care in Madison County and rural West Tennessee. By focusing on bridging
gaps in nursing preparedness, recruitment, and retention, HCHA is committed to fostering
a healthier future for our communities. The alliance stands out by prioritizing the
unique needs of West Tennessee, a region facing distinct healthcare challenges and
opportunities. Through a tailored approach, we aim to effectively address local healthcare
