About Norma Neal
Norma Neal has been with University of Memphis, Loewenberg College of Nursing for 5 years as the Coordinator of Recruitment and Pre-Enrollment for the RN to BSN program. Norma brings 19 years of experience working in the field of education, with 15 years working in higher education in the capacity of student recruitment, admission, and enrollment. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education w/minor in Public Health from Tougaloo College (2001) and Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Walden University (2017).
Norma is also part of the Tiger Learning Community (TLC) as a Coordinator and Instructor teaching ACAD 1100 “For the Love of Nursing”. This role allows her to assist first semester pre-nursing freshmen make a smooth transition from high school to college. She also provides strategies to be a successful student and firsthand knowledge on the requirements to be admitted to the BSN program.
