About Gloria Carr
Dr. Carr teaches Nursing Care of Older Adults and Graduate Nursing Education at the Loewenberg College of Nursing. She has a PhD in Nursing Education with a focus on Vulnerable Populations.
She serves in the National League for Nursing (NLN) and The Association of Black Nursing Faculty. Dr. Carr practices Primary Care and Critical Care. Her research interests are Grandparents Raising Grandchildren; Health, Stress and Coping; Burden, Service Need and Use; and Minority Graduate Student Success.
Dr. Carr loves spending time with family and traveling. She also enjoys participating in church activities and has compassion for those who are underserved.
