Memphis Percussion Group
The Memphis Percussion Group is a student ensemble that performs various musical styles ranging from standard percussion ensemble literature to contemporary literature in unique and creative ways.
You can see the UofM Percussion Group performing in a variety of settings, from concerts at the UofM Percussion Festival, Tennessee Music Educators' Association conference, and All-West conference or in the community at events like LatinFest or the popular hub, Crosstown Concourse.
To join the ensemble, you must audition through the standard music major/minor audition or by contacting Dr. Shaltis.
