• Design the University of Memphis SELES Classroom website to host the library and a Facebook page to foster online discussions

 

• Obtain and prepare survey and testing materials

 

Hold a local workshop for statistics educators

Fall 2020

• Pilot SELES with half the sections of elementary statistics

 

• Advisory Board meeting in Memphis TN

 

• Collect quantitative and qualitative information

 

• Maintain the SELES website

 

• Monitor the Facebook page for discussion of SELES

Spring 2021

• Pilot one-half elementary statistics sections with SELES classroom

• Analyze data from Fall 2020 and spring 2021 pilots

• Convert all sections of elementary statistics to the SELES classroom

• All sections of elementary statistics are taught using SELES model
