As we rebrand to the more inclusive UofM Mentorship Network (UM²N) in Spring 2024, we will be drafting new goals and mission statements to align with ASCEND, the University’s strategic plan. Our goal is to provide programming and networking experiences to support faculty and post-doc professional development in conjunction with the Provost’s Office, as well as partner with other campus units to support staff and student development, to help all individuals ASCEND to excellence.
