Building a community of mentors
The UofM Mentorship Network began in Fall 2019 as a small group of women+ scholars across computational, cognitive, and neuro-social sciences and expanded its scope to serve all women+ faculty, staff, and students in Fall 2020. As we rebrand to the more inclusive UofM Mentorship Network (UM²N) in Spring 2024, our goal is to provide programming and networking experiences to support faculty and post-doc professional development in conjunction with the Provost’s Office, as well as partner with other campus units to support staff and student development, to help all individuals ASCEND to excellence.
