The CEO Magazine Places UofM’s Fogelman College in Global Tier One Category for Business Schools
March 20, 2019 - The CEO Magazine released the 2019 Global MBA Rankings with three first-time placements for the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis.
To be considered for ranking by this C-Suite periodical, a university must be elevated to Tier One or Tier Two position. The University of Memphis is listed as Tier One for the first time, among only 123 MBA global business schools. Within Tier One, the Executive MBA Program ranked No. 56 and the Global Online MBA Program ranked No. 43.
"Our MBA programs are not universally the same for all students," said Dr. Balaji Krishnan, director of MBA programs and professor in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. "We recognized the need for matching our experienced faculty with the graduate students' current work experience, life stage and professional goals. The results are quantifiable and further differentiate the Fogelman College of Business & Economics."
The CEO Magazine looks at full-time and part-time MBA programs and weighs factors such as quality of faculty, international diversity, class size, accreditation, faculty-to-student ratio and price.
Earning an MBA has many benefits for qualified individuals to achieve their personal goals, foster a profession and add valuable dimensions to career progression.
The Fogelman College of Business & Economics has five MBA programs.
