UofM Board of Trustees and Committees Will Meet March 6 on Campus

March 1, 2019 - The University of Memphis Board of Trustees and its committees will meet in the University Center on the main campus on Wednesday, March 6.

Committee meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the University Center Fountain View Suite (350), located at 3720 Alumni Avenue. The members are scheduled to discuss a number of items and updates at the University. Board and committee agenda items include: the University Mission Statement; proposals for guaranteed tuition and improving access and affordability for course materials; review of several policies; and an update on the University's efforts to obtain Carnegie I status.

The Governance and Finance Committee meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the Audit Committee to meet thereafter. The Audit Committee will meet in executive session to discuss audit and investigation issues and the President's performance. The meetings will run consecutively. The Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 11 a.m. in the Ballroom on the third floor of the University Center.
