UofM Board of Trustees and Committees Will Meet at Lambuth Campus Dec. 5
November 30, 2018 - The University of Memphis Board of Trustees and its committees will meet on the Lambuth Campus in Jackson, Tenn., Wednesday, Dec. 5.
Committee meetings will begin at 9 a.m. in the Wilder Student Union, located at 307 Maple St. The members are scheduled to discuss a number of items and updates at the University. Board and committee agenda items include: the University mission statement; renaming of buildings; next steps in attaining Carnegie I status; and updates in Residence Life and LiFE (Learning inspired by FedEx).
The Academic, Research & Student Success Committee meeting will begin at 9 a.m., with the Governance and Finance and Audit committees to meet afterwards. The Audit Committee will meet in executive session to discuss audit and investigation issues. The meetings will run consecutively following the Academic, Research & Student Success Committee meeting. The Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 2 p.m. in the Jack Morris Ballroom on the first floor of the Wilder Student Union.
