Program Overview

A BBA in Human Resource Management prepares you for a career in managing human resources in private or public organizations, government or nonprofits. As a human resource manager, you will play a key role in staffing the organization and in training, development and employee compensation.

Degree Overview

  1. General Education Courses - 41 hours
    • Communication = 9 hours
    • Humanities / Fine Arts = 9 hours (At least one course must be in literature.)
    • Social / Behavioral Sciences = 6 hours
    • History = 6 hours
    • Natural Sciences = 8 hours
    • Mathematics = 3 hours

  2. Program Requirements = 27 hours

  3. Electives + Lower & Upper Division Business Core Courses = as needed to bring the total hours earned to 120.
