Program Overview

The BBA degree with a Management major allows you to explore careers in leadership roles while developing your interpersonal skills. When employers say they want employees with “soft skills,” they are looking for applicants with strong communication, negotiation and critical thinking skills; as well as the ability to manage themselves and others. These skills are woven into the BBA in Management major.

 

Degree Outline

  1. General Education Courses - 41 hours
    • Communication = 9 hours
    • Humanities / Fine Arts = 9 hours (At least one course must be in literature.)
    • Social / Behavioral Sciences = 6 hours
    • History = 6 hours
    • Natural Sciences = 8 hours
    • Mathematics = 3 hours

  2. Program Requirements = 24 hours

  3. Electives + Lower & Upper Division Business Core Courses = as needed to bring the total hours earned to 120.
