Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Dr. Kristen Jones
Dr. Kristen Jones studies OB/HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, identity management and disclosure of concealable stigmas, bias and discrimination, employee well-being and women’s health at work. Her research has been published in outlets such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Dr. Jones's research has also been recognized through grants from funding agencies such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).
