SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Departmental Mail
For all departments with mailboxes, USPS and Amazon mail is being delivered to those locations. If you receive a package that is too large to fit in your mailbox, we will deliver them to your office for a charge of $1 per package.  Be mindful that there are not enough mailboxes for all the departments or space in the UC Campus Postal Station to hold departmental mail, therefore, departments without mailboxes need to pick up their mail from the Park Avenue Campus location. Mail is available for pick up Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 4pm.

Outgoing Mail
Please deliver to the Campus Postal Station at the University Center or to Mail Services at Park Avenue. You may also utilize the mail drop off boxes located in the Administration Annex and in the Basement of Wilder Tower.  If mail is delivered to any of these locations by 2pm, they will be processed that day.

Departmental Packages
FedEx, UPS, DHL and Staples deliveries will go directly to the departments.  If you have issues with these services delivering to your location, we suggest you contact Mail Services, and we will help you with a solution.  USPS and Amazon deliveries will be handled by Mail Services and will be delivered to the departmental mailboxes.

Student Mail
Mail and packages will be sorted daily and routed to the Campus Postal Station in the University Center.  There are two mail and package drop off times. Monday through Friday, at 11:30am and 2:30pm. We do accept food deliveries for your convenience.  These must be picked up ASAP since we have limited space for perishable items.

Mail Services is responsible for the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail on campus, also provided is information to help you with your campus mailing needs.
