Microform Item Request Form

1/ For all library users please use the form below to request a microform that you have found and identified as available in the University Libraries’ catalog. Microforms are LIbrary Use Only. Microform readers are available for use on the second floor of the McWherter Library. Your requested microforms can be picked up at the hold shelf at the Circulation Desk at the McWherter Library.

Upon submission of this form, an email will be sent immediately to Circulation library staff. Your request should be processed within three (3) business days. You will be notified via email when the request is ready.

2/ Scan & Deliver Service:

For Faculty/Staff/Students. When you need a journal article or a book chapter available only in microformat, we will scan and deliver it to you electronically through our Interlibrary Loan Service. The requested materials will be delivered electronically to your UofM email. This service is not available for community members
