Learning Commons

Located just to the right of the McWherter Library entrance, the First Floor Learning Commons includes computers (including guest computers), scanners, printers (one color printer), the Research Assistance Desk (RAD), IT Help Desk, Center for Writing & Communication (CWC), Assistive Technology Lab, Fishbowl Group Study Room, and Reference Collection. This area is a Social Zone, so feel free to socialize, collaborate and group study.

The Learning Commons extends throughout McWherter Library to include computers, and study areas on our upper floors, including Quiet and Silent zones (see map).
