ACCOMMODATED STUDENTS
The Law Registrar's office is responsible for proctoring all students with accommodations approved through the Disability Resources for Students (DRS) office on the main campus.
Students who have previously received accommodations while in law school at The University of Memphis should contact their DRS coordinator every semester to discuss, update and renew their accommodation plans. The DRS office will provide the Law Registrar's office with an accommodation memo.
Students should meet with DRS early each semester to ensure their accommodations are in place prior to any in-term assessments. It is the responsibility of each student to contact the Law Registrar's office if their professor has announced their plan to give in-term assessments, i.e., midterm or quizzes.
For final exams, the Law Registrar's office will prepare an alternate exam schedule for each accommodated student and notify them via email.
