COURTCALL AWARDS

We are pleased to announce that the University of Memphis School of Law will participate in the CourtCall Law School Awards program for 2020-21.  CourtCall will present two graduating students with an award of $250 each for excellence in advocacy.

Students who are interested in applying for the CourtCall Award should provide a statement of interest and any other supporting documentation (resume, transcript) to Director of Advocacy Barbara Kritchevsky, focusing on the following criteria:

1. Excellence  in moot court and/or mock trial competitions;

2. Outstanding service to the Moot Court Board;

3.  Outstanding performance in Advocacy courses (Appellate Advocacy, Trial Advocacy, etc.).

Applications are due by April 7.

Memphis Law was proud to participate last year as well, with Steve Liening and Grace Gilliland both receiving awards.
