About Prof. Casey Hilder
Prof. Casey Hilder is an alumni of The University of Memphis Department of Journalism and Strategic Media, having received his B.A. in Journalism in the fall of 2009, and his M.A. in Journalism in the fall of 2012. As a student, Casey was the Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Helmsman, and he has served since 2012 as the Editor-in-Chief of Click magazine, a local lifestyle publication. Casey has served as an adjunct instructor for the Department of Journalism and Strategic Media, teaching courses on writing, reporting, editing, web publishing, and print publication design. Casey joined the College of Communication and Fine Arts staff as the official CCFA Media Coordinator in 2019, and has come full circle as an Assistant professor of journalism in the Department of Journalism and Strategic Media.
