iIMPACT Infrastructure
Under the leadership of Teresa Franklin, Executive Director, the Infrastructure ensures that all the current and future initiatives intentionally work together to achieve the same goals and optimize collective impact by providing a central “hub” to drive, support, and enhance the work of iIMPACT. The iIMPACT Infrastructure plans to carry out its work though the six synergistic cores:
Administrative Core: Over sees the day-to-day management and direction of iIMPACT in relation to UofM, funding agencies, and the community at large
Community Engagement Core: Connects researchers at the UofM to members of the community in which projects operate
Research/Service Projects Core: Prepares the next generation of professionals to be conduct culturally competent, evidence-based, and ethically responsible community-based research and services
Education/Training Core: Unites the academic mission of the UofM and interdisciplinary and community education goals, including through best practices in curriculum design and implementation
Policy Core: Provides law and policy-related research across programs and helps drive system-level change
Data & Evaluation Core: Collects and houses aggregate data from various programs (when possible), conducts programmatic process and outcome evaluations, and support evidence-based practices and policy analysis and development of evidence-informed policy
