Engineering Day at Herff

Every year, the Herff College of Engineering hosts eDay, providing students from the Mid-South the opportunity to visit the University of Memphis and participate in activities and competitions designed to get them more interested in engineering and STEM-related programs. 

 

 

Registration for eDay 2025 is open

We are excited about eDay 2025! We have tweaked this years event based on comments from last year's event and look forward to seeing you on campus. With the opening of our new Edwards Research & Innovation Center, we have more space for updated competitions, activities and demonstrations. Registration will close February 7, 2025. The activities and demonstrations will be updated until that time. Please keep checking to help plan your day. 

Changes to Programming

  • We will be offering low cost lunches to attendees. More information, including exact cost and offerings, will be provided at a later date.
  • Competitions will be available to students in grades 3 through 12. However, families are welcome and there will be activities and demonstrations for children of all ages, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. If you have any questions, please email us.
  • We will be having an awards ceremony at the conclusion of the day. We invite you to stay and participate.
