Diversity & Inclusion

The Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis is committed to building a diverse and inclusive faculty, staff and student body. Interacting with people from diverse backgrounds is important to the overall education of students, as well as creating a more empathetic and collaborative workplace for faculty and staff.  The multiple nationalities and heritages of the members of our community are represented in a flag display located on the second floor of our Engineering Administration building (pictured below).
